Prandify è un'app per gestire dispensa, lista della spesa, ricette e piano dei pasti. È pensata per funzionare sul tuo telefono: la maggior parte dei dati non lascia mai il dispositivo. Non mostriamo pubblicità e non vendiamo dati.

Dati che restano sul telefono

Dispensa, lista della spesa, ricette salvate, piano dei pasti, spese lette dagli scontrini, allergie, obiettivo di calorie e preferenze sono salvati solo sul tuo dispositivo. Non abbiamo server che li ricevono. Puoi esportarli con il backup e cancellarli disinstallando l'app.

Fotocamera, microfono e foto

Sono usati solo quando li attivi tu: per leggere codici a barre, fotografare prodotti, leggere scontrini o dettare. Immagini e voce vengono elaborate sul telefono e non vengono inviate a noi.

Intelligenza artificiale e traduzioni

Le funzioni di intelligenza artificiale e traduzione funzionano sul telefono (Gemini Nano di Google, Apple Intelligence, Gemma, Google ML Kit). Alcuni modelli vengono scaricati una volta da Google o Apple; i tuoi testi non vengono inviati a server per essere elaborati.

Servizi di terze parti

• Dispensa condivisa (facoltativa) — se la attivi, i prodotti e la lista della spesa della casa vengono sincronizzati tramite Google Firebase (Firestore), con un identificativo anonimo. Puoi uscire dalla casa condivisa in qualsiasi momento.
• Abbonamento — gli acquisti avvengono tramite Google Play o App Store e sono gestiti con RevenueCat, che riceve un identificativo anonimo e lo stato dell'abbonamento. I dati di pagamento sono trattati solo da Google o Apple e non arrivano mai all'app.
• Siti esterni — quando cerchi o importi ricette, cerchi un codice a barre su Open Food Facts o apri le offerte dei supermercati, il telefono si collega direttamente a quei siti, che possono registrare la visita secondo le proprie informative.

Basi giuridiche

Trattiamo i dati per fornirti l'app e le funzioni che scegli di usare (esecuzione del servizio) e, per le funzioni facoltative come la dispensa condivisa, sulla base della tua scelta di attivarle.

Conservazione

I dati sul telefono restano finché li tieni o disinstalli l'app. I dati della dispensa condivisa restano su Firebase finché la casa condivisa esiste; uscendone, i tuoi dati non vengono più sincronizzati.

I tuoi diritti

Hai diritto di accedere ai tuoi dati, correggerli, cancellarli, limitarne il trattamento, opporti e riceverli in un formato portabile, oltre a proporre reclamo all'autorità di controllo (in Italia, il Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). Per esercitarli scrivi a hello@prandify.com.

Minori

Prandify non è rivolta a bambini sotto i 13 anni e non raccoglie consapevolmente i loro dati.

Salute

Calorie, allergeni e piani dei pasti sono stime indicative e non sostituiscono il parere di un medico o di un nutrizionista. Controlla sempre le etichette dei prodotti.

Privacy policy

Prandify is an app for managing your pantry, shopping list, recipes and meal plan. It is designed to work on your phone: most data never leaves your device. We show no ads and we don't sell data.

Data that stays on your phone

Pantry, shopping list, saved recipes, meal plan, expenses read from receipts, allergies, calorie goal and preferences are stored only on your device. We have no servers that receive them. You can export them with the backup and delete them by uninstalling the app.

Camera, microphone and photos

They are used only when you turn them on: to read barcodes, photograph products, read receipts or dictate. Images and voice are processed on the phone and are not sent to us.

Artificial intelligence and translation

AI and translation features run on the phone (Google's Gemini Nano, Apple Intelligence, Gemma, Google ML Kit). Some models are downloaded once from Google or Apple; your texts are not sent to servers for processing.

Third-party services

• Shared pantry (optional) — if you turn it on, the household's products and shopping list are synced through Google Firebase (Firestore) using an anonymous identifier. You can leave the shared household at any time.
• Subscription — purchases go through Google Play or the App Store and are managed with RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous identifier and the subscription status. Payment details are handled only by Google or Apple and never reach the app.
• External sites — when you search or import recipes, look up a barcode on Open Food Facts or open supermarket offers, your phone connects directly to those sites, which may record the visit under their own policies.

Legal bases

We process data to provide the app and the features you choose to use (performance of the service) and, for optional features such as the shared pantry, based on your choice to turn them on.

Retention

Data on your phone stays until you delete it or uninstall the app. Shared pantry data stays on Firebase while the shared household exists; once you leave, your data is no longer synced.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise them, write to hello@prandify.com.

Children

Prandify is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.

Health

Calories, allergens and meal plans are rough estimates and do not replace the advice of a doctor or dietitian. Always check product labels.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with its update date.

Telefonda kalan veriler

Kiler, alışveriş listesi, kaydedilen tarifler, yemek planı, fişlerden okunan harcamalar, alerjiler, kalori hedefi ve tercihler yalnızca cihazında saklanır. Bunları alan bir sunucumuz yok. Yedekle dışa aktarabilir, uygulamayı kaldırarak silebilirsin.

Kamera, mikrofon ve fotoğraflar

Yalnızca sen açtığında kullanılır: barkod okumak, ürün fotoğrafı çekmek, fiş okumak veya sesle yazmak için. Görüntü ve ses telefonda işlenir, bize gönderilmez.

Yapay zekâ ve çeviri

Yapay zekâ ve çeviri özellikleri telefonda çalışır (Google Gemini Nano, Apple Intelligence, Gemma, Google ML Kit). Bazı modeller Google veya Apple'dan bir kez indirilir; metinlerin işlenmek üzere sunuculara gönderilmez.

Üçüncü taraf hizmetler

• Ortak kiler (isteğe bağlı) — açarsan evin ürünleri ve alışveriş listesi anonim bir kimlikle Google Firebase (Firestore) üzerinden eşitlenir. Ortak evden istediğin zaman ayrılabilirsin.
• Abonelik — satın alımlar Google Play veya App Store üzerinden yapılır ve RevenueCat ile yönetilir; RevenueCat anonim bir kimlik ve abonelik durumunu alır. Ödeme bilgileri yalnızca Google veya Apple tarafından işlenir, uygulamaya asla ulaşmaz.
• Harici siteler — tarif arayıp içe aktardığında, Open Food Facts'te barkod sorguladığında ya da market indirimlerini açtığında telefon doğrudan bu sitelere bağlanır; bu siteler ziyareti kendi politikalarına göre kaydedebilir.

Hukuki dayanaklar

Verileri uygulamayı ve kullanmayı seçtiğin özellikleri sunmak için (hizmetin ifası) ve ortak kiler gibi isteğe bağlı özelliklerde bunları açma tercihine dayanarak işleriz.

Saklama

Telefondaki veriler sen silene ya da uygulamayı kaldırana kadar kalır. Ortak kiler verileri, ortak ev var olduğu sürece Firebase'de kalır; ayrıldığında verilerin artık eşitlenmez.

Hakların

Verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlenmesini kısıtlama veya itiraz etme, taşınabilir biçimde alma ve denetim makamına (Türkiye'de KVKK) şikâyette bulunma hakkın vardır. Bunları kullanmak için hello@prandify.com adresine yaz.

Çocuklar

Prandify 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve onların verilerini bilerek toplamaz.

Sağlık

Kalori, alerjen ve yemek planları yaklaşık tahminlerdir; doktor veya diyetisyen görüşünün yerini tutmaz. Ürün etiketlerini her zaman kontrol et.

Değişiklikler

Bu politika değişirse yeni sürüm, güncelleme tarihiyle birlikte bu sayfada yayımlanır.
